Eight days until we leave.

Stella and I are getting excited!  Only 8 days until we leave. 

After staying the night at the Black Canyon City KOA, we plan on going to see Montezuma Castle National Park, and maybe Bell Rock....if it's not too far away. 

Black City Canyon KOA (A) to Montezuma's Castle (B) is 49.1 miles, 53 mins.
Montezuma's Castle (B) to Bell Rock (C) is 23.8 miles, 37 mins.

I found Montezuma Castle National Park while researching the Grand Canyon.  I saw that a Disney excursion makes a stop there, so I looked into it more.  It looks pretty awesome.  It's only a $5 entry fee, but if you pay $8 you also get entry to another monument that is nearby.  Stella comes from Indian decent, so I thought she'd like to see this.

Montezuma Castle

I saw Bell Rock the same time I found Rock Springs Cafe.  I think it's on the way to Las Vegas so we should be able to stop here.  I think it's just a photo op.  We don't need to stop.

Bell Rock Arizona

Sin City, here we come!  Let's get this show on the road.  Vegas is about 300 miles away, 5 hours.  I'm excited and nervous about Vegas. 

I've never been.  I love to party and play slots.  But I really have no idea what to expect when we get there.  Is it easy to get into clubs?  How are the people there?  I heard they have awesome pool parties.  Stella really wants to go see a few shows.  I'm thinking Thunder Down Under.  I doubt it's as good as what I saw in Magic Mike.  BTW - chicks, Magic Mike is a MUST SEE!!  Holy hot cast.  Sorry, back on track.  I think Stella also mentioned wanting to going to see a Beatles Love cirque du soleil show.  It looks pretty cool so I'm game.

We are gonna stay in Vegas two nights.  We plan on going out one night to clubs, and then take it easy the next night because we have a long road trip ahead of us.  Can't wait!!
